Not a single one of your prayers is wasted
by Silas Martin Bollweg on Sun Mar 29 2026
Not the quiet prayer at midnight. Not the tearful prayers you could barely utter. Not even the silent sighs in your heart when your lips could not form the words. Heaven keeps every single one of them.
Sometimes it feels as though nothing is happening. As though your pleas are floating into the void, as though your waiting has no end. But what you don’t see is that God works beyond His timeline, beyond your understanding, beyond your expectations.
Your prayers are not lost. They are heard, and they are kept.
Every “Lord, help me.” Every “Father, I trust in You.” Every desperate “Please…” They are gathered in heaven!
“And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, rose up before God from the angel’s hand.” (Revelation 8:4)
And at the right time—not too soon, not too late—God gives answers in a way that is greater, better, and more beautiful than you could have imagined. So keep praying, and keep believing. Keep trusting, even if nothing seems to be happening at first, because silence does not mean absence. Waiting does not mean rejection, and delay does not mean refusal.
The Apostle Paul wrote to the church in Thessalonica: “Pray without ceasing.” (1. Thessalonians 5:17)
For: “He who planted the ear, should He not hear? He who formed the eye, should He not see?” (Psalm 94:9)
God bless you.
